General Meal Service: Our kitchen, chef and staff are for private service , catering to our guests and family only. We do not cater to the public. We request that all meal selections be sent to us before your arrival so that we may provision accordingly to provide the freshest of ingredients.
A 20% gratuity for all Food and Beverage Service will automatically be added to your bill.
Private service in your villa is available or dining in our beautiful Palapa is also available.

Let our Chef and his staff spoil you during your vacation. Everyone in your family should be free of all kitchen duties during your stay. Our staff is fully prepared to pamper you with our daily fresh baked pastries, breads and dessert that are baked here in our kitchen. Our seafood is fresh from our local fisherman. All of our meats, vegetables and fruits are delivered to us with the freshness and quality always checked. Our Chef and his staff take great measures to disinfect all vegetables and fruits so that all meal service is not only delicious and but complete safe.
The Palapa Meal Plan Rate is $300. USD + 20% gratuity charge per person for 7 days of service. Each day includes a complete Breakfast, Lunch and a Dinner. The Dinner includes 3 courses: choice of a soup or salad, main course and dessert. The Palapa Meal Plan includes a maximum of 7 Breakfasts, 7 Lunches and 7 Dinners.
Meals are served in our Palapa at the hour you wish to dine. Breakfast is served from 8:00- 10:00 am, Lunch from 12 – 3:00 pm, Dinner is served from 6:00 – 9:00 pm The Palapa Meal Plan does not include entrees that have Prime Cut Steaks, Lobster, Duck, Combination Plates and some Shrimp dishes. The menu items that are not included in the Palapa Meal Plan Service are marked with an asterisk (*) on the menu. These items may be ordered for an additional charge per menu item as you wish.
Guests enjoying our Palapa Meal Plan will also have a 5:00 pm Happy Hour each day consisting of a Margarita or Pina Colada per person and a family order of Guacamole/Salsa and Chips that is served in your villa, poolside or on the beach.
There are no discounts for meals missed. We do offer a 4 Day Meal Plan. You may have service on any 4 of the days you wish during your week stay. The Rate for a 4 day Palapa Meal Plan is $200. + 20% gratuity charge per person. Note: We can not provide Breakfast and Lunch on 1 day and then Dinner on another.
The Palapa Meal Plan Service does not include any beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) other than the Happy Hour Service.
The Palapa Meal Plan Service does not include any menu items that are marked with an asterisk (*). These menu items may be ordered for with an additional charge per item.
Children’s Meal Plan
We do offer a Children’s Meal Plan that consists of 3 meals a day for 7 days.
(7 Breakfast, 7 Lunches and 7 Dinners).
The rate for the Children’s Meal Plan is $125. + 20% gratuity charge for the 7 days.
We do offer a 4 Day Children’s Meal Plan service that has a rate of $80. + 20% gratuity charge. Note: We can not provide Breakfast and Lunch on 1 day and then Dinner on another. The Children’s Meal Plan is based on the Children’s Menu only. The Children’s Menu is for children under the age of 12 years old.

The rate for the Hacienda Meal Plan is $440. + 20 gratuity charge per person for 7 days of service. Each day includes a complete Breakfast, Lunch and a Dinner. The Dinner includes 3 courses: soup or salad, main course and dessert. The Hacienda Meal Plan includes a maximum of 7 Breakfasts, 7 Lunches and 7 Dinners.
Meals are served privately in your villa at your dining room table or on your terrace. Our chef and his staff will set your table complete with candles. Dinner is served course per course. After your dinner, the staff will do all clean up. Breakfast is served from 8:00- 10:00 am, Lunch from 12 – 3:00 pm, Dinner is served from 6:00 – 9:00 pm.
